the location was great , near public transport and the palace. the breakfast buffet had fresh juices and good coffee. i found the gym had everything i needed for a simple workout.

the parking fee seemed a bit high at 36 euros per day.

The room was quite spacious, a definite plus for longer stays. the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options available each morning. i appreciated the openable window. Fresh air is always welcome. i found the mattress better than average, ensuring a restful sleep.

The minibar was empty. A few complimentary drinks would have been a nice touch.

The staff was super friendly, showing genuine care , and were helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport. the reception was accessible 24/7.

The hotel is very close to the rennweg s-bahn station. This connects directly to the airport. It made transit very easy. belvedere palace is also a short walk, about 5-7 minutes. tram 71 stops right in front. It goes directly to the stadsopera.

The room cleanliness was excellent, maintaining a high standard throughout my stay. It had a minimalist and functional design. the room was well-equipped. It included a desk, chair, minibar, and safe. the shower was clean and had everything i needed.
